Super healthy vitamin drink

Some vitamins to end the week always sounds good ;)

Ingredients (for 10 portions)

1kg beetroot
1 lemon
1/2kg carrots
1kg oranges
1kg apples
300g honey
cranberry juice
optional - chia seeds

Grate all the raw fruits and vegetables and then puree them until smooth. Take 4 big spoons of mash, add a spoon of honey and about 300 ml of cranberry juice. Puree until you have a juice consistency. At this point you may want to add a tea spoon of chia seeds into your drink.

PS: you can keep this mixture in fridge for about 5 days, but normally its gone by that time :)
